How does the client benefit from an in person sales session? At Tricia & Co. we are asked how the images are viewed and selected by the clients while on vacation. In the film days, we would process the film and have it ready the next morning for the client to view on a TV screen. We can showcase a variety of prints, finishes, mounting options, frames, and photo books. Digital is no different. It's even better! Now we bring our laptop and samples to your place.
1. Touch, see, and feel all of the professional photo products before purchasing. Your expectations will match the results. For online viewing, it's a guess about quality.
2. Retouching questions and fees. There is no one set fee for retouching. Stray hair at the top of the head is less expensive to retouch than hair on the face or in the eye. If we are sitting down looking at the images together, I can give you an exact quote right away. Direct communication with the client results in less errors and better satisfaction.
